Michaela and I are here to support and encourage you when life seems dark, lonely and isolating. We hold a safe space of rest and non judgement for you, to help you to move through your challenges at your own pace. To walk with you during a time of pain takes a certain kind of person, it is an honour to be in a therapeutic relationship with you and watch you develop and grow.

Michaela and I have always felt drawn to helping people, and can naturally hold a warm and understanding space.

Mindfulness based relaxation therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic and person centred are the modalities we prefer to use. We have a wide variety of methods and skills available to support you through your journey of self exploration.
