At Thoughts and Soul, a wide range of services are offered including room based counselling.
Horses are not for everyone and that’s absolutely fine! Kate is an experienced counsellor who offers a safe space for you to explore the challenges that you are facing.
Kate is here to encourage you when you’re feeling lonely, isolated, low or even, at crisis point. She will help you to move through your challenges at your own pace. It is an honour to be a part of your healing journey!

Room based counselling is offered at two locations in Taunton –
- Conquest Centre – right in the middle of the countryside surrounded by wildlife and nature; we have two wonderful spaces in the therapy hut and the yurt.
- Sangha House in Taunton Town Centre. Sangha house has a great energy, and offers a peaceful and calm setting, but is also close to the town centre, great for transport links.
